Role Description The Student Teacher role at The Shri Ram Wonder Years – Noida 121 is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Student

Teacher will support classroom educators in planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based learning experiences. Daily responsibilities include assisting with lesson preparation, guiding children during classroom and outdoor activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting individual learning needs.



The role also involves observing and documenting children’s progress, collaborating with senior teachers, and participating in training sessions and school events.

The Student

Teacher is expected to uphold the school’s values, contribute to a positive classroom culture, and communicate effectively with colleagues and, when required, with parents.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Education and early childhood development, with a strong interest in pre-school teaching.
- Ability to support Lesson Planning and classroom organization, including preparing learning materials and activities.
- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Demonstrated aptitude for Teaching and guiding young learners through structured and play-based activities.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing Training , professional development, and mentoring by senior educators.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, prior internship or classroom experience with young children, and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
