We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds, and a solid passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students develop coping strategies and techniques.

- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify areas where students need additional support.

- Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being and academic success.

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in student counseling.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of experience in student counseling or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with counseling theories and practices.
