- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programmes, admissions and career opportunities.
- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins and follow-ups.
- Guide students in selecting suitable programmes based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for student documentation and admission processing.
- Participate in school visits, career guidance programmes, educational fairs and outreach activities.
- Build relationships with schools, educational institutions, students and parents.
- Support promotional campaigns and institutional marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
- Assist in organising campus visits, counselling sessions and admission events.
- Work towards assigned admission and outreach targets.
- Submit regular activity and follow-up reports to the concerned reporting authority.
Eligibility
- Any UG or PG Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and counselling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to interact confidently with students and parents.
- Willingness to travel across multiple locations for outreach activities, particularly for Marketing Executive roles.
- Candidates with experience in admissions, education counselling, sales or marketing will have an added advantage.
