Student Outreach & Calling: Make direct calls to students and parents to create awareness about the Filo app and its educational offerings.
● App Demonstration & Guidance: Explain the key features, benefits and usage of the
Filo app and guide students on how to access and use the platform effectively.
● Student Counselling: Understand students' academic requirements and guide them towards relevant learning and exam-preparation resources available through the Filo platform.
● Competitive Exam Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of major competitive examinations and their purpose, enabling explicit and accurate communication with students.
● Student Engagement: Motivate students to explore and regularly use the Filo app for their academic learning and competitive exam preparation.
● Data Management: Maintain accurate calling records, student information, follow-ups and daily activity reports using Excel and Google Sheets/spreadsheets.
● Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with students and parents to ensure continued engagement and successful adoption of the platform.
● Issue Resolution: Understand basic student queries related to the app and provide appropriate guidance or escalate issues to the relevant internal team.
● Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from students and parents regarding their experience and requirements and share relevant insights with the internal team.
What we're looking for
● Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently to students and parents.
● Student Counselling Skills: Ability to understand students' requirements and explain suitable learning and coaching resources available on the Filo app.
● Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile applications, web applications,
Excel, Google Sheets and other basic digital tools.
● Empathy & Patience: Ability to communicate patiently and empathetically with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
● Problem-solving Skills: Ability to understand student queries, provide appropriate information and guide them effectively.
● Adaptability: Ability to interact with different types of students and parents and adapt communication according to their needs.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or pursuing graduation.
● Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience. Freshers with good communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel can also be considered.
● Availability: Willingness to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
