Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to students on study abroad options, including program selection, application processes, and visa requirements.
2. Program Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on study abroad programs, institutions, and destinations to provide expert advice to students.
3. Application Support: Assist students with application processes, including reviewing and editing application documents, and ensuring timely submission.
4. Visa Guidance: Provide guidance on visa requirements and application processes for various study abroad destinations.
5. Pre-Departure Support: Ensure students are well-prepared for their study abroad experience, including providing information on cultural adaptation, accommodation, and other essential details.
6. Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new students and promote study abroad programs.
7. Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with institutions, universities, and other stakeholders in the study abroad industry.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and enrollments.

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,



international education, counseling, marketing).
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in study abroad consulting, international education, or a related field.
3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, institutions, and destinations.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. Certifications in study abroad consulting or international education.
3. Language proficiency in languages other than English.
4. Experience living or studying abroad.
