Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and proactive Study Abroad Counselor to join our team in Chevayur, Calicut. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who possess exceptional English communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in international education consulting.

You will play a key role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic goals, and assisting them through the documentation and course selection process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Handling & Conversion: Connect with prospective students via calls, conduct detailed counseling sessions, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Student Guidance: Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and study destinations based on their profile and career goals.
- Documentation Support: Help students gather, organize, and submit required documents for university applications and visa procedures.
- Follow-up & Communication: Maintain clear, empathetic,



and regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Key Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; warm, polite, and confident tone.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, web browsing, email communication).
- Numerical Ability: Fundamental mathematical skills for basic evaluations and reporting.
- Attributes: High initiative, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
