Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, counseling, and support to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, professional ethics, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and behavioral evaluations.
- Provide individual counseling and psychological support to students.
- Identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
- Develop appropriate counseling and intervention plans based on students' needs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential student records.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Guide stress management, emotional well-being, relationships,



and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with other support professionals as necessary.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Participate in awareness programs, workshops, and mental health initiatives.

Required Qualification:

- Masters Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology from a recognized university.
- Good knowledge of psychological assessment and counseling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and skilled boundaries.
