We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and result-oriented Student Counsellor & Mobilizer to join our team at the Howrah Maidan Skill Development Center. The ideal candidate will handle both field-level candidate mobilization and in-house student counselling to drive admissions for various training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Mobilization: Conduct field visits, community outreach, and awareness campaigns in nearby areas to connect with prospective students.
- Candidate Counselling: Counsel walk-in and leads-generated candidates regarding course details, eligibility, and career/placement opportunities.
- Admission & Follow-ups: Manage student registration, documentation, database maintenance, and regular enquiry follow-ups.
- Target Achievement: Ensure monthly candidate enrollment and mobilization targets are met effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in student counselling, field mobilization, or tele-calling in skill development projects (e.g., PBSSD, DDU-GKY, NULM) or training institutes will be preferred.
- Skills: Valuable communication skills, convincing power and willingness to perform local field visits.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Howrah will be given preference.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
