We are looking for a talented and motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Work in accordance with team lead and management directives.
- Prepare design criteria and detailed design specifications.
- Understand client briefs and requirements, define scope of work, and develop design philosophy.
- Deliver best-value engineering solutions for technical challenges.
- Lead, manage, and mentor design team members; review their work and support their career development.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design environment.
- Perform structural design calculations using relevant software as well as manual methods when required.
- Provide necessary inputs and support to Design Engineers and CAD Technicians to develop construction-ready drawings.





? Ideal Candidate Profile
- BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution (ME/MTech preferred).
- 4–12 years of hands-on experience in designing foundations, RCC and steel structures, and substructures.
- Strong technical understanding of structural systems; experience in the real estate sector will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and RCDC is preferred.
