Role Description The Strategy & Operations Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations, including coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking key metrics, and ensuring processes run smoothly across departments. The associate will analyze operational data, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with the brand’s long-term strategy.

They will help prepare reports and presentations, assist in planning and executing initiatives, and collaborate closely with leadership and store teams to maintain consistent customer experiences.



The role also involves working with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on schedule and uphold House of Sero’s standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including process coordination, workflow management, and basic project support.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at different levels.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and Customer Service skills to support initiatives that enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field; relevant work experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with operational or CRM systems is beneficial.
