Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to promote and sell fitness/gym equipment to businesses and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities through field visits.
Visit gyms, fitness centres, hotels, institutions, and corporate clients.
Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and follow up with prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment.
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in fitness equipment, gym equipment, or related industries.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with frequent field visits.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
