Centre Manager – Alapuzha

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre in Alapuzha.

Experience
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the centre and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with customers and handle their queries professionally
Maintain reports, records, schedules, and other centre documentation
Coordinate with staff and manage day-to-day team activities
Handle enquiries and consultations and convert them into treatment bookings through effective sales closing
Achieve monthly revenue and customer conversion targets
Ensure a positive customer experience and effective centre operations

Requirements
Graduate or above
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage and coordinate a team
Customer-oriented approach with positive sales and follow-up skills
Prior clinic/healthcare experience preferred

Location: Alapuzha, Kerala

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
