Role & responsibilities
Site supervision: Assist in monitoring construction, maintenance, and repair of plant structures, roads, and buildings.
Project support: Work with project teams on layout, design, and execution of civil works.
Quality checks: Ensure compliance with material specifications, safety standards, and quality norms.
Documentation: Maintain records of site activities, progress reports, and contractor coordination.
Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process teams for integrated project execution.
Eligibility
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (recent graduate).
Basic knowledge of construction practices, material testing, and project management.
Willingness to work at plant/project sites.
Skills Required
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project or similar tools.
Positive communication and teamwork ability.
