About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master with at least 2 years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum practices. Youll work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects while championing Agile values and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor the team on Agile/Scrum principles, values, and practices
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Track and report sprint progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
Foster a team-oriented, self-organizing team environment
Identify process improvements and drive their implementation
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Help resolve conflicts within the team constructively




Ensure adherence to Scrum framework while adapting practices to team needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile facilitation role
Solid understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
Robust communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on team empowerment
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I/II, or equivalent certification
Experience working with cross-functional/distributed teams
