Job Description:

IT BA - Technical BA from IT side working in Payments domains.
*Knowledge and experience of banking and payment products.
*Experience in process analysis of payments requirements.
*Knowledge of analysis methodology
*Functional and technical knowledge involving Distributed systems built with Java.
*Knowledge and experience in building Swagger APIs.
*Agile and Scrum experience

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Experience: Proven experience in Demand Management, Project Management, or a Business Analyst role within the IT industry, specifically within the Banking domain.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of ALM Treasury (Liquidity, Interest Rate, and Foreign Exchange risk management) is highly preferred.
• Process Expertise: Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes.




• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements and challenge stakeholders to refine "the expression of need."
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with Demand Management or Project Tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Reporting Skills: Ability to define and track KPIs and present them effectively to senior management.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between Business and IT.
• Organization: High level of rigor and attention to detail regarding documentation and data completeness.
