About the Role

Core Talents Hub is looking for an energetic and results-driven OPT Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with IT professionals seeking employment opportunities in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Engage candidates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels
Understand candidates' skills, experience, availability, location, and career preferences
Screen candidates against relevant US IT job requirements
Coordinate candidate submissions and interviews with the recruiting/delivery team
Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up consistently
Build long-term relationships with candidates
Stay updated on current US IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends
Meet daily and weekly sourcing, screening, and submission targets




Work closely with recruiters and account/delivery teams to support open requirements

Preferred Skills
Good understanding of US IT staffing/recruitment
Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, job boards, ATS/CRM, or recruiting tools is a plus
