Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical and MEP works in line with project requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities as per the approved project plan.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architecture, and other project teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Review electrical and MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, material requirements, and technical submissions.
Ensure proper execution of electrical systems as per approved drawings, applicable standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical approvals, inspections, and resolution of site-related issues.
Monitor material procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure effective resource planning, including manpower, materials, equipment, and contractors.




Monitor project costs and support the team in controlling MEP expenditure within the approved budget.
Identify technical and execution-related risks and take corrective actions to avoid project delays.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of MEP installations.
Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical and other MEP systems.
Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, MIS, and other required documentation.
Ensure proper handover of completed MEP works, including testing reports, as-built drawings, and relevant documentation.
