Role & responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners to understand their education, career goals and learning requirements.
Provide personalised counselling on suitable online UG/PG and skilled programs.
Address learner queries and concerns and help them make informed program choices.
Build consistent communication with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate learner interactions and follow-up records in the CRM.
Guide interested learners through the application and admission process.
Work towards assigned conversion and admission targets while maintaining a learner-first approach.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduation or Post Graduation in any background.
6+ months of experience in academic counselling,



EdTech, education or consultative sales.
Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to understand learner needs and recommend solutions appropriately.
Experience in counselling for online education programs will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
