Should have In-depth knowledge in US-Healthcare providerprocess.

Experiencein Migrating & Handling recent Projects.

Basicknowledge of HIPAA guidelines

Excellentwritten and oral communication skills

Workingknowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools

Experience : Minimum 6 years experience in the UScalling process.

Must be a TC/TL or Specialistin team handling role.

Learnand implement current client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for newjoinee as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirements.

Interactionwith the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategiesto meet the clients specific needs and expectations. "
