Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and manage civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, project-management skills, and the ability to ensure that construction work meets approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQs.
Plan and supervise construction activities at project sites.
Monitor work progress, materials, manpower, and equipment.
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project teams.
Check quantities, measurements, estimates, and material requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and safety procedures.
Perform quality-control inspections and maintain project documentation.
Prepare progress reports, site reports, and other engineering documentation.
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.




Identify construction risks and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure projects are completed within the required time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, surveying, estimation, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Site supervision and project coordination
Quantity surveying and BOQ preparation
RCC and structural construction knowledge
Knowledge of concrete and construction-material testing
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures
Understanding of health and safety requirements
Ability to work independently and manage site activities
