We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Events Operations Executive to support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences and other live events.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of events from start to finish.
Support senior event managers in managing day-to-day event operations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams and other stakeholders.
Assist with venue setup, branding, stage, stalls, signage and event infrastructure.
Coordinate logistics, materials,
equipment and manpower required for events.
Conduct venue visits and assist with pre-event preparation.
Support on-ground execution during events and ensure activities are completed as planned.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for event requirements.
Maintain event checklists, schedules and operational documents.
Assist in resolving on-ground issues during event execution.
Travel to event venues as required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks before, during and after events.
