Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor civil works at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Check measurements, quantities and progress of work.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of works.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site documentation.
Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and report project progress.
