We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UiPath developer with 2 to 6 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate should have hands on development experience in UiPath, with the ability to design, develop, and lead end-to end automation initiatives. Experience in Citrix, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services is a robust advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate RPA solutions with third-party systems and APIs.
• Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for structured and unstructured documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Manage bot lifecycle including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 38 years of overall IT experience with solid RPA exposure.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development is mandatory. • Hands-on experience in Citrix is mandatory.
• Experience in implementing IDP solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with API integrations, databases, and version control systems is mandatory.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
