IT Support / System Engineer (Immediate Joiners)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Chennai
Shift: Rotational Shift (24x5 Support)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation and deployment of current IT infrastructure.
Provide end-user support for:
Laptops & Desktops
Mobile devices
Printers
Network-related issues
Meeting room/AV support
Support and manage Microsoft Active Directory environments.
Administer Group Policies and infrastructure services such as:
DHCP
DNS
Packaging
Scripting
Ensure PC builds comply with organizational standards.
Generate reports, productivity metrics, and trend analysis.
Identify and proactively address recurring issues.
Work flexible shifts to support 24x5 operations.

Mandatory Skills




Experience in end-user support for large user environments (1000+ users).
Knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification is a plus).
Experience with ServiceNow and reporting/trend analysis.
Willingness to learn automation and scripting tools.

Valuable to Have Skills
Python scripting.
