Key Responsibilities
Handle in office installation of wooden doors, frames and door sets.
Visit project sites for site measurement, inspection and installation planning.
Check site conditions, dimensions, wall openings, levels and alignment before installation.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, architects, project teams and clients for smooth execution.
Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Supervise installation teams and subcontractors at site.
Identify and resolve installation-related technical issues, alignment/gap/fitment problems.
Ensure proper handling and protection of doors, frames and hardware during installation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of installation activities.
Prepare site reports, measurement reports, installation status and snag/closure reports.
Coordinate with the internal Production, Design, Sales and Project teams for site-related requirements.
Conduct final inspection and ensure snag rectification and customer handover.
