Responsibilities
MEP and soft services management upkeep with health safety parameter monitoring
Vendor management
Managing small-scale office fitouts, seat reconfigurations, asset replacements, and space planning initiatives.
Oversee total facility maintenance across hard services with outsourced FM organization
Supervise embedded contractors and third-party service providers conduct monthly SLA/KPI reviews and ensure contract adherence.
Budget Financial Administration: Manage site operational budgets (OpEx), process vendor purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and drive cost-optimization opportunities.
Performance Metrics KPIS drafting, review measurement
Maintain compliance across site
