Position : Manager - Marketing (Preferred experience in Real Estate only)

Location : Bandra (E)

Experience : 10+

Educational Qualification : MBA in marketing

Remuneration : As per company norms

JD :-

1) Co-ordination with multiple agencies and vendors for collateral development, media releases and deliver efficiency of time and money

2) To assist in media planning and buying

3) Market research and peer project mapping

4) Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities

5) Designing campaign collaterals and communication

6) Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

7) Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.

Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

9) In-depth knowledge of Goggle Adwords, Social Media Ads, Types of analytics with experience in managing campaigns

10) Conceptualising creative marketing and branding solutions; including digital marketing, social media, corporate websites and all online and offline marketing assets

11) Solid believer of current technology and suggest adoption for driving marketing plans

12) To prepare MIS reports of corporate and project marketing activities on weekly/monthly/annually basis

13) Ensuring timely availability of all promotion materials
