We are seeking a talented and driven Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with the client cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.
Responsibilities
In this role you will play a key role in:
Lead the Material Planning/Production Planning team for a market/cluster
End to End inventory analytics (ex-Business wastage, excess inventory) including target of reducing inventory
RPM Norm determination
Front end the discussion with Factory Material planners
Developing tools with the help of IT teams
Apply RPA in the existing delivery
Requirements
Complete knowledge of Planning (Demand, Production/Distribution and Material Planning processes)
Valuable in analytics
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
Ability to work independently in a multi-task setting
