Job Description:

Bringing marquee corporates to campus for placements
Leading and developing a team of Regional Corporate Relations Managers
Analysing historical placement data to identify patterns and build future recruitment strategies
Identifying emerging sectors, companies and roles relevant to students
Understanding student strengths and career preferences through data




Translating those insights into a stronger and more targeted corporate engagement strategy

This is a strategic role for someone who understands that building a solid corporate ecosystem requires much more than maintaining a recruiter database.

The ideal qualified will be someone who can look at placement data and ask:
Where should our students be placed for two years from now?”

—not simply—

“Which companies recruited last year?”

We are particularly interested in professionals who combine robust corporate relationships, business development capability, data orientation and a deep understanding of talent markets.
