Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SOP Implementation Specialist with 10+ years of experience in SOP development, process mapping, and compliance management to strengthen operational processes across departments.
Role & Responsibilities
Process Mapping & SOP Design
Map end-to-end processes across departments and branches to identify workflow, ownership, and handoff points.
Design and draft SOPs that translate mapped processes into clear, actionable, step-by-step documentation.
Align SOP content with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements before rollout.
Implementation & Standardization
Roll out approved SOPs across all departments and locations, coordinating with local teams to ensure adoption.
Ensure uniform interpretation and application of SOPs across sites, resolving inconsistencies as they surface.
Audit & Compliance Monitoring
Conduct internal audits and periodic compliance reviews against live SOPs.
Identify process gaps, non-conformances,
and control weaknesses arising from audits or day-to-day operations.
Corrective Action & Continuous Improvement
Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for identified gaps.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and strengthen operational efficiency.
Training & Capability Building
Train department teams on new and revised SOPs, and on operational best practices generally.
Coach process owners on sustaining SOP adherence between formal audit cycles.
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
Prepare compliance and audit reports for management review.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep SOP status, risks, and improvement plans visible.
Key Skills
Solid experience in SOP development and process documentation.
Knowledge of compliance, audit, and governance practices.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
Solid analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in SOP creation or process improvement.
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred).
Experience in pharma or a related industry will be an advantage.
