Role & responsibilities
Payroll Processing
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, incentives, leave, reimbursements and deductions.
Handle salary structures, increments, bonuses, reimbursements and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity and Labour Laws, including timely returns, challans, payments and compliance records.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and government authorities for statutory compliance and audit requirements.
Verify attendance and leave records and resolve discrepancies in coordination with department managers.
Maintain employee master data, payroll records, statutory documents and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and generate payslips, salary statements, bank transfer files, payroll reconciliation and Payroll MIS reports.
Support employee onboarding, exit formalities and payroll/HR-related queries.
Prepare monthly,
quarterly and annual payroll reports and support HR audits and management reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and maintenance of statutory compliance records.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Working knowledge of ERP system / payroll software.
Proven experience as an HR Executive Payroll, Payroll Specialist, or HR Operations Executive.
Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
