Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP BRIM (SOM) CRM ABAP Developer with robust expertise in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM), SAP CRM ABAP, CRM Web UI, and ABAP OO development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting CRM and BRIM solutions, with a robust understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and telecom/subscription billing environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance solutions in SAP BRIM (SOM) and SAP CRM.
Work on ABAP OO, CRM Web UI, Fiori/UI5, and S/4 CRM developments.
Build integrations using ODATA, Web Services, BDocs, RFC, and ALE.
Support CRM integration with Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Convergent Charging (CC).
Perform technical design, coding, debugging, enhancements,



and production support.
Collaborate with functional teams in an Agile delivery workplace.

Hybris Billing & ODI Framework
SOM API, BTMF, and UBB Change Process
CRM Middleware and Integration Technologies (RFC, ALE, HCP)
Strong knowledge of Provider Orders, Provider Contracts, Product Modeling, Billing, and CRM One Order Framework
Hands-on experience with CRM UI concepts, screen configurations, layouts, and business roles
