Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Admission Counsellor / Business Development Executive to drive student admissions and revenue growth for our online higher-education programs.

The role involves managing leads, understanding learner requirements, counselling students and parents, recommending suitable programs, and converting prospects into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales prospects through inbound leads, outbound calls and emails.
Understand students' and parents' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Counsel prospective students throughout the course-selection and admission process.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned sales targets/quotas.
Explain admission requirements, enrollment procedures and application processes.
Assist students with required documentation and application formalities.




Maintain accurate lead and application information in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth application processing.
Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements
Any Graduation is mandatory.
Prior experience in inside sales / EdTech / education counselling is preferred.
Robust inclination toward a target-driven sales setting.
Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong listening, presentation and counselling skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems.
Empathetic approach toward students and parents.
