ERP Business Analyst

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc. CS/IT or equivalent technical qualification.

Job Overview

The ERP Business Analyst will coordinate ERPNext implementation and support activities between

stakeholders and vendors. The role focuses on business analysis, project coordination, functional

documentation, implementation governance, and vendor management.

This role does not involve software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERPNext implementation and rollout activities.

• Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, user stories, and process documents.

• Conduct discussions with business users, IT teams and implementation partners.

• Coordinate configuration discussions, functional validations, UAT, and business sign-off

• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables ,



pending issues.

• Support Go-Live planning and post-Go-Live stabilization.

• Maintain implementation trackers and status reports to management.

Required Skills

• Functional knowledge of ERPNext/MS Dynamics/SAP.

• Solid project coordination, analytical and documentation skills.

• Positive understanding of retail business processes.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Valuable to Have

• Experience in ERP implementation projects.

• Knowledge of finance, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing modules.

• Exposure to enterprise application implementations.
