Role & responsibilities
Monitor and control silicon ingot/brick shaping processes including diamond wire cutting, squaring, and grinding operations to ensure process stability and product quality.
Optimize process parameters to improve yield, reduce kerf loss, minimize defects, and enhance productivity.
Analyse process data and identify prospects for process improvement and cost reduction.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D; teams to implement process improvements and recent technologies.
