Role & responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation across all design phases, including As-Built, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
Develop accurate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit as per project and client requirements.
Perform QA/QC checks on architectural, interior design, and construction documents.
Follow company SOPs, CAD/BIM standards, and client-specific templates.
Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Engineers for smooth project execution.
Manage assigned tasks independently and ensure accurate, error-free, and timely delivery.
Maintain and report project task hours as per prescribed processes.
Apply knowledge of building construction systems and design documentation standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

3–6 years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably in architectural/interior design documentation.
Robust working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience in architectural/interior design and construction documentation.
Prior experience in an outsourcing/Offshore AEC setting is preferred.
Basic understanding of building construction systems, design standards, and documentation processes.
Experience working on new construction and renovation projects.
Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently, coordinate with teams, and deliver accurate and timely outputs.
