Job Title: IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT roles while working closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT specialists.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/database records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills




Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and other sourcing tools.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
1 to 5+ years of IT recruitment experience (depending on level).
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills
Recruitment agency or staffing experience.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Experience hiring for niche technology roles.
