Construction Manager / Manager Projects
Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects at site in a consistent manner .
Manage site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials and equipment.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, planning, billing, procurement and other teams.
Manage subcontractors/labour contractors and ensure timely execution and productivity.
Monitor time, cost, quality, safety and resource utilization at site.
Review measurements, subcontractor bills, variations, claims and material requirements.
Resolve design/site issues, follow up on RFIs and ensure smooth project coordination.
Drive project completion, commissioning and handover within approved timelines and budget.

Experience: Relevant experience in High-Rise Building Construction – Mandatory
