About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing (SMM) professional to join our team in Delhi/Noida. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth.

Candidates fluent in Odia or Bengali will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
Create and manage engaging, platform-specific content.
Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and content calendars.
Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics.
Work closely with the content, creative, and marketing teams.
Identify trends and leverage them to improve reach and engagement.
Support SEO and performance marketing initiatives.




Track growth numbers and provide regular performance reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and emerging formats.

Requirements
14 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Social Media Management.
EdTech experience is mandatory, preferably in the JEE/NEET segment.
Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
Experience in content creation, SEO, and performance marketing.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to understand audience behavior and create content accordingly.
Experience handling or coordinating with a team will be an added advantage.
Fluency in Odia or Bengali is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working from Delhi or Noida.
