Responsibilities
Solid hands-on experience in Vantage/wmA, PPlus & DSS with deep functional and technical understanding of the platform, its architecture, configurations, and development capabilities.
Ability to analyze business requirements, provide solution design recommendations, and independently deliver enhancements, integrations, and development initiatives on Vantage/wmA.
Proven experience supporting business operations, resolving complex queries, and performing root cause analysis for defects and production issues.
Experience working on modernization, conversion, migration, or transformation initiatives involving Vantage/wmA platforms.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, and delivery teams to define and implement effective solutions.
Robust understanding of insurance domain processes and how they align with Vantage/wmA capabilities.
Experience in effort estimation, solution sizing, proposal support, and contributing to business growth initiatives.




Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Ability to mentor team members, provide technical guidance, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for project milestones, delivery timelines, and overall solution quality.
Solid, hands-on experience with Mainframe is an essential requirement.
