Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Working under guidance of Sales Manager
Enquiry generation & handling
Preparation of Quotations/Offers
Feasibility study of Enquiry
Timely submission of proposals/Quotations/Offer
Timely response to customers in case of queries.
Enquiry-Offer Weekly Summary
Technical work for tendering process.
Follow up with the prospective client/old clients regarding the status of offer submitted.
Individual Sales planning/forecasting
Individual area-wise sales plan
Individual Segment wise sales plan
Individual Sales Analysis / win-loss analysis
Sale order preparation (ERP)
Coordination with project and purchase
Enquiry acknowledgement
Payment Follow-up & consolidation
Market research (recent technologies)
Competitive analysis and MIS preparation
Technical specification compliance
Commercial and general T&C; compliance in detailed
OA to sales order received from customer
Additional responsibilities as per business priority
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Must have a passionate mindset for sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Willing to travel across the region.
Engineering Graduation. MBA in sales / marketing will be more advantage.
