Job Description : Project coordinator (Only Mumbai candidates)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Government Liaison & Skill Development Executive to coordinate with government departments, prepare proposals, and support skill development initiatives across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of government schemes, and the flexibility to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and draft government proposals, presentations, and project documentation.

Coordinate with various government departments and stakeholders.

Support initiatives related to Skill India, vocational training, and employment programs.

Build and maintain relationships with government officials and partner organizations.

Travel across Mumbai and other districts in Maharashtra for meetings, project execution, and coordination.

Collect, analyze, and present information related to government schemes and prospects.

Ensure timely submission of proposals, reports, and required documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (both written and verbal).

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and other locations as required.

Versatile to work beyond standard office hours whenever necessary.

Positive knowledge of all 36 districts of Maharashtra, including local geography and administrative structure.

Sound understanding of Skill India Mission, vocational training programs, and government skill development initiatives.

Experience in preparing and submitting government proposals, tenders, or project documentation.

Strong documentation, presentation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience

15 years of experience in government liaison, CSR projects, skill development, vocational training, DDUGAKY,PMKVY,PMKUA

Experience working with central or state government departments will be an added advantage.
