Role & responsibilities
Ensure technical sales support for the organisation.
Generates and processes recent client quotations as per client URS and submission of offers using the Sales tool.
Travel to Customer sites in South East Asia / Russia & HO for kick-off and technical discussion as per the need arises
Driving the sales process and ensuring adherence to Defined SLA for support.
Payment collection for Advances, Dispatch and retention and updating the reports
Provide any necessary data or reports to the Management and Sales team as per the defined SLA.
Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue effectively.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate




In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Must have worked on sales tools like CRM/ Salesforce
Conversant with ERP
Experience of handling similar work in an industry dealing with OEMs / Capital equipment
Post sales handover for execution to projects team as per Master project charter guidelines and Escalation within the team in case of delays.
Productive client management , complaint management , query resolution experience is a must for this role .
Experience of working in the OEM industry or Capital Equipment or Machine Manufacturing industry is a must .
BE graduate from reputed BE institutes only will be considered.
Must be ready and willing to travel overseas - Russia / or South East Asian countries.
