Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from RFQ to SOP.
Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure completion of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and project milestones.
Monitor project timelines, risks, and budgets.
Act as the primary interface with OEM customers for project updates.
Drive on-time project delivery and successful product launch.
Preferred candidate profile
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering.
• 15 to 20 years experience in automotive or auto component manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, and NPD processes.
• Experience in OEM project handling and cross-functional project management.
• Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• PMP / Six Sigma certification
• Experience with OEMs like Tata Motors, Mahindra, Maruti, etc.
