Role & responsibilities
Manage complete execution of recent De Roma outletsfrom site handover to store opening.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and franchise partners.
Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, branding and signage work.
Prepare project timelines, BOQs and cost estimates.
Control project quality, costs and completion deadlines.
Conduct site visits and submit regular progress reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid project management, vendor negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in multiple retail-store rollouts preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and project reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
