Role & responsibilities
Hands on experience of CNC, VMC operating machine.
Set up CNC machines, including tool selection, alignment, and fixture installation.
Read and modify CNC programs (G-code and M-code) as required to optimize production processes.
Operate CNC machines for gear manufacturing (e.g., turning, milling, hobbling, grinding).
Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, gear tooth Vernier, and CMM.
Perform routine maintenance, including lubrication, tool replacement, and cleaning of CNC machines.
Identify potential equipment issues, report them to the maintenance team, and contribute to timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficient in CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes, particularly for gear manufacturing.
Familiarity with various machining tools like hobs, cutters, and grinding wheels.
Candidate should have the passport to travel for training to abroad.
