Job Description
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Minimum 5 years of BA experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
Medical Affairs experience is mandatory.
Own and drive end-to-end requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, gap analysis, and documentation.
Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Business, Product, IT, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Support UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery.
Solid stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mandatory: 10+ yrs BA | 5+ yrs Pharma BA | Medical Affairs | Requirement Management | Stakeholder Management | Excellent Communication.
