Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
OEM experience is mandatory.

Receivables and zero Outstanding
Retain existing customers and introduce recent customers
Retain sales staff
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index over 90%
Market Intelligence and lead generation for NPD
KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED (responsibilities and meeting customer expectations).-
Create annual sales plan and prepare an execution strategy for achievement of sales plan
Getting current RFQ from existing customers
Communicate / Delegates sales target to sales team
Review sales order as well as receivables on weekly basis
Contribute for price finalisation strategy with the management
Do customer visits frequently for new business generation
Increase business share with every customer year on year
Maintain customer relationship
Guide/coach/train the sales team
Provide feedback to the operations about the product
Ensure zero outstanding with the customer
Resolve customers problems
Weekly MIS submission to Management
AUTHORITY -
Guide R & D team on new products required by customers
Guide team members to understand customer requirements well to deliver First Time Right product
Guide production & Quality Team to deliver defect free products and On time delivery
