Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
(MBA is a plus).
Proven experience as a General Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership
role in the packaged drinking water or FMCG industry.
Robust knowledge of the packaged drinking water market and customer
preferences.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
