Process hardware-related glass orders using the company's third-party CAD software platform.
Interpret order specifications, measurements, and hardware requirements accurately.
Translate order details into correct CAD configurations for fabrication. • Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or unclear specifications before an order proceeds further in the pipeline.
• Coordinate with the order processing team to clarify specifications when needed.
Coordinate with the QC team to ensure hardware/CAD outputs meet accuracy standards before hand-off.
Maintain organized records of processed CAD files and hardware configurations.
Prior exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) through coursework, training, or work experience. • Background in a technical, drafting, engineering, or manufacturing-related field. • Prior experience working with a US-based client or night shift workplace.
